It’s not only Abbey Road that has had accidents engineered into it by the arrogant, undemocratic and incompetent Bexley council. A traffic calming exercise - putting obstacles in the way of motorists may be a more accurate description - immediately resulted in accidents in nearby Woolwich Road.
