The planning proposals for the narrowing of Abbey Road and installation of an on-pavement cycle track along with the report from Andrew Bashford (Team Leader Traffic Projects) to councillor Peter Craske have been removed from the council’s website. It is therefore no longer possible to read just how brief and inadequate the report was and see how much relevant data had been concealed by Andrew Bashford.
