The unusual site banners are to bring attention to the fact that Labour activists in Bexley are manipulating Facebook Groups with fictional posters. They deny it, threaten police action for ‘harassing’ a fictitious character and then demonstrate their willingness to impersonate by creating a false Administrator account in my name. The banner on display is chosen randomly from a selection of three, with a fourth bearing the familiar Bexley Council is Bonkers logo.

16 October (Part 1) - All change at Abbey Wood

While I summon up the courage to listen to nearly three hours of scrutiny committee recording, you may wish to catch up on Crossrail progress.

The new exit for the Gayton Road car park began construction yesterday because the existing one will be obstructed by the soon to be realigned North Kent line tracks.

The barriers to the temporary station construction site have been removed and the station booking office and footbridge to the existing platforms appear to be progressing well. Presumably the tower shown in Photo 4 is a small lift. No expense spared.
