17 January (Part 2) - Northumberland Heath to be blocked
A
quiet Wednesday afternoon in Northumberland Heath saw a small handful of men (well two actually) working on the Bexley Road, Northumberland Heath regeneration scheme.
Bexley Road was fully open and there being no Tesco delivery at the time traffic was flowing remarkably smoothly.
