10 September - Silly question. Sillier answer?
As
you may have guessed, there are no Council meetings until the end of the month and I have not been
accosted by Mr. Singh
for almost a week; so Bonkers is reduced to asking silly questions.
Can anyone at Bexley Council tell me why the car shown here is liable for a PCN
but the van causing a far worse obstruction isn’t?
There was no reason for the van not to be parked in an orthodox longitudinal fashion.
